Cozy Home is anticipating significant Berkshire Gas rebates to go toward this project. With Mass Save commercial programs energy saving targets at record levels, Cozy Home Performance hopes to work more with utility companies to provide building performance measures that achieve more energy savings than was normal in previous years. Current workings with utility programs show promise, though complex administrative requirements and shifting program Standards make for a challenging market.
