Cozy Home to become HERS Rater!

After six days of classroom and field training, Mark Lantz and Gary Gronokowski, passed the RESNET National HERS Rater certification exam! The next step is to perform probationary home ratings and review of field testing methodology. Once complete, Cozy Home will offer HERS Ratings beginning 2013. This will allow CHP to perform third party performance/diagnostic testing, code compliance verification and energy modeling for new construction and stretch code.The course was administered through the NEHERS organization. energyratings.org
