I have been meaning to write and thank you and your crew for the work. You guys are an amazing group to work with and an absolute delight to have in our home. We recognized how hard everyone worked to get the project done on time and on budget. Cozy Home has been one of the most professional groups I have ever worked with- seriously!
You had mentioned we would not feel the full effect of the work until the winter, but I have been amazed at the difference already! There have been a couple of really hot days in the last weeks and we usually would have had to run the window units upstairs. The a/c are not needed and it is actually pleasant upstairs! I have also been pleased with the acoustic characteristics of the added insulation. The house is so quite and feels solid now.
I will send a check with our remaining bill tomorrow and sent the signed paperwork a couple of days ago.
