Since 2006 Cozy Home Performance, LLC has been a regional leader in advanced spray foam and retrofit insulation services for commercial and residential building envelope solutions throughout western Mass.
Our building science based and integrated approaches are designed to maximize thermal boundary performance, long term energy conservation and building durability. Our industry best practices and professional services are regularly evolving and now are firmly rooted in the ultimate priority of Climate Protection.
Mark Lantz, owner/operator, originally started as a weatherization insulation contractor first with Efficiency Vermont and then Mass Save. Those programs helped to launch an industry and public awareness but have become too limited and basic in their approaches.
What is needed now is to go well beyond basic approaches and to invest in robust and advanced climate protection solutions. We must commit to high performance and climate resilient thermal boundary materials and assemblies that will protect the planet and our collective well-being.
