With college graduations looming, area colleges are gearing up for the high paced construction season referred to as the Summer Slam. College project managers will be loosing sleep and pulling hairs while managing multiple projects with tight time frames and the usual sensitive budgets. That said, it is much appreciated when the bid winning contractor provides and delivers 100% satisfaction guarantees. No head aches, call backs, misinterpretations of work scopes, instead only successful projects that are mutually rewarding is the end result.
Cozy Home has an excellent track record over the years at Amherst College and Smith College with successful completion of multiple pre/post building performance diagnostics and numerous building envelope remediation jobs. We are proud of our work with these historic institutions and value the opportunity to be an integral part of their respective campus wide building energy efficiency initiatives. Their commitment to more sustainable practices that lower greenhouse gas emissions and use of area contractors is applauded.
So, let the games begin. Here’s to a successful, safe and productive 2013 Summer Slam. This season Cozy Home has been awarded two projects, one at Smith and the other at Williams College.
