This flow chart represents an over-simplified Mass Save program design that includes independent contractors in a substantial way. It is inspired by a positive dialogue at a P. Gromer, EEAC member, hosted meeting in WMECO Hadley office, and received some positive feedback from Lead Vendors and Program Administrators.
It is perhaps a new take on the ‘Livermore chart’ identified in the Efficiency First Proposed Mass Save Redesign. It is intended to show how multiple pathways can happen simultaneously with strong centralized administrative, project-flow management, and quality assurance maintained to ensure program success and healthy transition.
This model shows a lot of balance to meet the needs of PA’s, Lead Vendors, and Contractors.
It is overly simplified, but perhaps the middle-way is simpler then it seems.
