New Mass Save Incentives from WMECO and Columbia Gas

Both utility providers WMECO and Columbia gas are new financial incentives for 1-4 family home, both owner and non-owner occupied.

1) Early boiler replacement rebate (oil, gas or propane) more than 30 years old. Maximum rebate up to $4,000. Offered until 8/31/13

2) Pre-weatherization Barrier Incentive for Knob & Tube removal, Combustion Safety repairs and Dryer venting. Maximum incentive up to $300.

And don’t forget there are the existing rebates from both utilities for heating equipment upgrades for eligible boilers and furnaces and hot water. (note: this rebate can not be combined with the early boiler replacement rebate.)
